Eenvoudig testen om de configuratie van het meetsysteem te controleren

Sensorsimulatiekits van METTLER TOLEDO zijn ontworpen om de configuratie van meetplaatsen te helpen controleren. Deze handige simulatoren geven dezelfde signalen af als de daadwerkelijke analytische sensoren. Zo worden uw transmitters voorzien van gecontroleerde meetsignalen om te controleren of uw meetplaatsen goed zijn ingesteld voor de regeling van uw processen.

Identificeer eventuele problemen met uw meetplaatsen

Met behulp van sensorsimulatiekits kunt u problemen met uw meetplaatsen valideren of oplossen. Als u bijvoorbeeld een probleem hebt binnen een bepaald pH-bereik, kunt u voor een bepaalde oplossing in plaats van een pH-sensor een pH-sensorsimulator gebruiken om het probleem na te bootsen, die een continu signaal afgeeft in het gewenste bereik, zodat u tests kunt uitvoeren en het probleem kunt oplossen.

METTLER TOLEDO levert een breed aanbod aan sensorsimulatie- en validatiekits. Met behulp van een sensorsimulatiekit kunt u signalen van sensoren voor pH, opgeloste zuurstof (zowel bij standaardconcentraties als bij trace/ppb-concentraties) en opgeloste kooldioxide nabootsen. Met elk instrument kunt u de exacte output van een specifieke sensor of groep sensoren simuleren.
