We offer three levels of Care Package: – Basic Care, Standard Care and Comprehensive Care. Each package is designed to meet individual customer needs. As part of the package, we will assist in determining the optimal type and frequency of maintenance as well as the level of repair coverage required.
All three Care Packages include:
- Preventative maintenance - inspection and cleaning of all mechanical components, checking and testing of electronic components and inspection for wear and damage.
- Equipment operational testing – testing is performed to identify and diagnose equipment problems to confirm repair measures have been effective to support compliance with GFSI standards
- Preferred service intervention – customers with a Care Contract receive priority assistance
In addition, the Standard Care package also safeguards against unexpected repair labour costs and includes access to a technical hotline, providing fast and efficient help for operational and set-up problems.
The Comprehensive Care package allows customers to have full budgetary control by covering repair labour costs and replacement parts costs.
