During product teach-in, the metal detector automatically makes the necessary adjustments to select the best setup. Product changeovers are carried out via the checkweigher HMI in order to reduce operator training.

Special conveyor design

The dedicated non-metal conveyor can be removed from the metal detector tunnel without the need for tools. The special conveyor design allows for quick, simple belt changes and reduces cleaning times.

Prevent Errors and Reduce Downtime

Failsafe operation with error-safe reassembly of the conveyors ensures rollers from the infeed or outfeed conveyors cannot be accidentally added to the weighing conveyor. Self-adjusting, elastic belts remove the need for straining upon reassembly.
