Niels' focus is on new product development and on the introduction and optimization of digitalization projects within the lab. Niels has been working with Arla Foods for 12 years and has a PhD in agricultural science from the University of Aarhus.

Heidi Thorgaard Kristensen

Heidi Thorgaard Kristensen also works as a scientist within the quality control laboratory of Arla Foods Ingredients. Heidi began her career with Arla Foods Ingredients two and half years ago, initially working as a product application engineer. Heidi completed a PhD in food science from the University of Aarhus.
