Easy Testing to Verify Measurement System Setup

METTLER TOLEDO sensor simulation kits are designed to help verify measurement loop setups. These convenient simulators provide the same signals as actual analytical sensors. This you to provide controlled measurement signals to your transmitters to verify that your measurement loops are set up properly for controlling your processes.

Identify Any Problems in Your Measurement Loops

Using sensor simulation kits, you are able to validate or troubleshoot problems in your measurement loops. For example, if you are experiencing an issue within a certain pH range, instead of using a pH sensor in a specific solution to recreate the issue, you can use a pH sensor simulator to provide a continuous signal in the desired range to test and solve the problem.

Verify Loop Setup for pH, DO and CO₂

METTLER TOLEDO offers a wide range of sensor simulation and validation kits. Using a sensor simulation kit, you can imitate signals from pH, dissolved oxygen (at both standard concentrations and trace/ppb level concentrations), and dissolved carbon dioxide sensors. Each tool allows you to simulate the exact output of a specific sensor or group of sensors.
